WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF

 R.O.P.E. ?

Provide Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs resistance skills training using culturally competent and science-based curricula.

Provide Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs parent and family skills training to alternative skills populations and families.

Tobacco Merchant Education & Compliance

* Education of Synar Amendment that prohibits the sale

   of tobacco products to minors.

* Recruit youth to educate on tobacco issues

* Educate and provide merchants with tobacco

   products act.

* Conduct Compliance Surveys with local tobacco

   merchants.

* Assist and promote annual policy change campaigns

   for youth schools and adults to reduce sale of alcohol

   and tobacco to minors.
