DEPUTY CLINICAL DIRECTOR:
MA/MSW plus three years work experience in Behavioral Health. New Mexico Independent Licensure required (must include with resume). Experience in Quality Improvement, Clinical Supervision, and Utilization Management. Past experience in Mental Health and Substance Abuse service delivery preferred.  Salary Range:  $48K - $58K

CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER:
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. License in NM plus one year work experience in behavior health. Knowledge of addictive diseases, psychotropic medication, and direct client care. Must have excellent documentation skills and good people skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Hourly Rate: $40 - $50

THERAPIST:
MA/MSW degree plus two years work experience in Behavioral Health. Experience with youth and adults in mental health and substance abuse treatment preferred. Assessment, written, organizational skills and appropriate New Mexico Licensure required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER:
BA/BS Business discipline. Minimum of two years work experience in support services, accounting, and management. Demonstrated ability to establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of support activities. Proven ability to recruit, train, and supervise support personnel. Experience in working in a pressure environment.  Excellent speaking and writing skills.
Salary Range: $38K - $48K

SECRETARY I:
High school diploma plus two years work experience in a professional medical office. Must have good telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and type 40 wpm.  Must have knowledge of computers/software operations (Windows & Microsoft Office). Ability to organize and dependability a must. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.  Salary Range: $15,080 - 18K

JANITOR:
Two years work experience in entry level janitorial duties (office cleaning, grounds keeping, painting, carpet cleaning, etc). Applicant will be trained in janitorial knowledge and skills with maintenance equipment. Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, travel, and have valid driver's license.
