SNMHD MISSION

Southern New Mexico Human Development's (SNMHD) mission is to seek resources to plan, develop and implement evidenced based programming to reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse among the residents of Southern New Mexico through the cooperation of agencies, institutions, law enforcement agencies and the community.
